Bathroom Vanaties

Vanity sinks come in a wide variety of styles and sizes, and many of them feature cabinets or drawers above the sink. Modern versions of vanities don’t resemble cabinets at all. Some are simply a single sink attached to the wall. If space is at a premium, consider a pedestal sink for a small bathroom. The style you choose will be determined by how much storage you need, as well as the type of design and material.

If you are looking to maximize your space, consider a corner bathroom vanity. Wooden bathroom vanaties give your bathroom a natural feel, but may be a bit more expensive. If you choose this type, make sure it has a protective coating to prevent warping, which can occur in humid spaces. Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) is a less expensive option. It is often covered in a laminate to make it waterproof and easy to clean.

You can also choose a corner bathroom vanity to maximize the space in the space surrounding the sink. A wood vanity is a more expensive option, but may be the right choice for your bathroom. Make sure the wood is protected by a protective coating, as wood can warp in a humid environment. Another less expensive option is a MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) vanity, which is made of MDF and covered with a laminate, making it water-resistant and easy to clean.
